3. Payment Terms

Clients are required to adhere to the following payment terms:

Services are invoiced on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and direct debit.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

To ensure efficient service delivery, please note the following scheduling policies:

Service schedules are established based on client preferences and availability.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one visit.
We reserve the right to adjust schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

7. Liability and Insurance

In the event of accidental damage, clients must notify us immediately to facilitate claims processing.

8. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

Upon providing 30 days' written notice.
Immediate termination in case of breach of terms by either party.
Final settlement of all outstanding payments upon termination.
